The Graphite Design Tour AD EK “Extra Kick” Shaft is engineered to deliver a powerful combination of mid-high launch, low to low-mid spin, increased carry distance, and responsive feel. Designed and manufactured in Japan, the Tour AD EK provides golfers with effortless launch and efficient energy transfer while maintaining the stability and control expected from Graphite Design’s premium Tour AD lineup.
The Tour AD EK features a specialized EI profile with a stiff butt section, firm mid-section, and stiff tip section. This profile is designed to create a smooth yet powerful loading sensation while maintaining stability through impact, helping golfers generate speed and launch without sacrificing accuracy.
The EK introduces TORAYCA T1200G carbon-fiber pre-preg with NANOALLOY technology in the tip section for increased stability and exceptional feel. Combined with Graphite Design’s AD Shield technology, proprietary Material Stiffness Integration (MSI) design philosophy, and ultra-premium 50-ton aerospace-grade carbon fiber, the Tour AD EK is engineered for efficient energy transfer, consistent performance, and precise ball control.
