Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns on custom shaft orders once they have been finalized. A custom built shaft is defined as any shaft in which you have selected a shaft, grip, and/or build specs for the shaft.
If there is a defect in the product or an error on our part, please contact our customer service within (7) days of receiving your order for assistance at (954) 899-0402 or info@theshaftstore.com.
Refunds will only be issued if there is a defect in the product or an error on our part that cannot be resolved through replacement or store credit.
Exchanges
If you have purchased a shaft that is not working out, please contact our customer service within (30) days of receiving your order at (954) 899-0402 or info@theshaftstore.com to discuss options. In many cases we can work with you to help find a shaft that will perform to your satisfaction. First and foremost, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
