If there is any type of unexpected delay with your order, such as a backorder or discontinued item, we will promptly notify and present you with all available options. They will typically include a like for like or upgraded alternative shaft, a full refund, or waiting for the ordered product to arrive within provided timeframe.
Our preferred shipping provider within the United States is FedEx. Although no shipping provider is perfect, we have found them to be the safest and most reliable. FedEx, along with UPS and USPS no longer provide refunds for late delivery on Express shipments. If your Express shipment is running late, we have no recourse to obtain a refund for you.
Please be advised that USPS is an unreliable shipping provider. USPS Priority and Express Mail services may take significantly longer than what is quoted. If you choose USPS Priority shipping and the delivery takes 12 days instead of 2, there is nothing we can do about it. They no longer guarantee transit times for Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express service. If you are experiencing a USPS delay, we suggest contacting USPS directly for customer service inquiries.
