Our quoted lead time is 3-5 business days for orders to be built and shipped regardless of the shipping option selected. In many cases arrangements can be made for expedited fulfillment. Please contact us at info@theshaftstore.com or by phone at (954) 899-0402 if you have any questions. If there is any type of delay with your product such as a backorder you will be notified promptly and you will be able to either wait, select an alternative item or receive a full refund.
Please be advised that USPS is an unreliable shipping provider. USPS Priority and Express Mail services may take significantly longer than what is quoted. If you choose USPS Priority shipping and the delivery takes 12 days instead of 2, there is nothing we can do about it. They no longer guarantee transit times for Priority Mail or Express service. If you are experiencing a USPS delay, we suggest contacting USPS directly for customer service inquiries.
